QMathAI Account and Data Deletion
QMathAI is operated by The QWorld.
Users can request deletion of their QMathAI account and associated data by emailing support@theqworld.com.
Users must send the request from their registered QMathAI email address.

Request text: Please delete my QMathAI account and associated data. My registered email address is: [your registered email].
What will be deleted
- Account profile information
- Login/account data where applicable
- Learning history
- Saved math questions
- Uploaded question images
- Voice transcripts or speech-to-text input where stored
- App usage data associated with the account where applicable
What may be retained
Payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained where required by law, payment processors, Google Play Billing, Razorpay, or legitimate business/security obligations.
Timeline and verification
- We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time.
- Users may be asked to verify ownership of the account before deletion.
Partial data deletion
Users may request deletion of specific QMathAI data without deleting their full account by emailing support@theqworld.com from their registered email address.
